In the sun drenched Drniš vineyards, grapes ripen whose unique taste is a result of the combination of the sun, rocky terrain and specific climate. Ever since 1968, only the best varieties have been cultivated in this area, which are used to produce this vinegar. Ideal as a condiment added to cold and warm soups, salads and meat, and in combination with ice-cream it provides a different unique delight.

Only carefully selected wines from the Drniš area are used to produce the Kvasina Barrique vinegar, specific for its dark brown color obtained by fermenting in oak barrels. With a mildly sourish aroma and sharp taste of tannins and dried fruit, its expressed and recognizable taste is obtained by leaving it to mature for a period of three years.
